Sauna Circle Info
Welcome to the Sacred Circle – my Divine Sanctuary
You heard the call - welcome wonderful woman to my beautiful space, where we come together in unity to recognize the connection to self – to all that is within.
Woman have been gathering in circle since ancient times and we are coming back to remembrance of the empowerment that comes with sacred ceremony.
The magic of sisterhood, sauna ritual and bee medicine bring love, support and different life perspectives to the stories women share. Attending circles in alignment with the moon phases gives you a place to reclaim connection, spirituality and love within a supportive community. Feeling seen, heard and supported.
New Moons and Full Moons have the most poignant energy, and we gather to harness the magical moon energy to access our intuition and our guides, making it ideal for setting clear intentions and goals. A divine container to let go and connect deeply to the voice in your soul.

About my Sauna
My space has a traditional Finnish sauna that reaches temperatures between 90 - 100 Celsius and I mix special essences to generate steam when poured onto the hot stones. Saunas, like a sweat lodge or inipi and the temazcal, were sacred places for shamanic rituals to heal the body and soul. A place to go inwards and connect to spirit - believed to be a portal between our world and the spirit world. The amazing health and healing properties of the sauna are still recognized today.
Sauna reduces stress, the steam helps with allergies, eases physical pain, and increases the quality of sleep. It is a cardiovascular workout, detoxes your body, exfoliates, and clarifies your skin leaving you glowing - absolutely radiant and elated for hours afterwards. Bringing in meditation and sound as well as honey ritual heightens the experience for those willing to surrender and deepen the relationship with their authentic self and sensual essence. It can free you to be at ease, detached from traditional roles returning to your roots and higher selves. It is common to feel overwhelmed, sad, angry or enter a trance like state. All feelings are welcome here.
Sauna Safety
The length of time the body can tolerate heat will vary from person to person and I will give you some pointers on how to enjoy the sauna and how to keep calm when the steam is generated. However, if you start to feel dizzy, nauseous or get a headache, let me know immediately – there is no point in taking the body to extremes – especially not in the name of wellness & meditation. Cooling down is an important part of sauna and unlike the Finns, who jump in the snow or an icy lake, I only encourage you to have a cold shower under the night sky. It will get your circulation going, gets rid of impurities that your body has eliminated and prevents their reabsorption. So please try and go with it.
Rehydrate. Drink plenty of water before and after the sauna ritual.
I allow for at least 15 minutes wrapped up warm afterwards to let your body recuperate.
The sauna heat makes the heart work harder. You should not attend if you have heart problems.
Don’t drink alcohol before or after a sauna ritual and don’t have a large meal or strenuous exercise before attending the event. Salad, veggies or fruit are great choices prior.
I don’t recommend attending a sauna if you are pregnant.
If you are using any medications, please consult your doctor if sauna is ok for you prior to attending.
Do not use lotions/perfume on your body prior to sauna and come without makeup. It is best not to shave or wax prior to sauna to prevent possible skin irritations.
Please let me know if you have any allergies against bees or bee products.
